OCEAN Mornings start with the popular morning team of Michael Forbes and Lisa Marshall. They are one of the few - if not the only - married morning show hosts in the country. Forbes & Marshall in the Morning have been with the station since our launch in 1995. Our listeners have grown up with their two children and their mornings focus on families and the community. After 9:00 a.m. the OCEAN moves into our "at work" mode, playing long sets of music with our nine to five No-Repeat Workdays. We start with 98 minutes of commercial free music and continue with 30 minute non-stop music sets, stopping only twice an hour for commercials. And for the drive home - there's plenty more music, plus the city's best traffic coverage!
