I’ve always liked impressions. The amount of hard work and dedication that goes into capturing the essence of someone else is inspiring. I grew up watching Frank Gorshin, Rich Little and was taken as a kid by Steven Ivings. I had his record and played it over and over again. Occasionally on our show the odd Homer Simpson or a silly accent pops up from time to time.

The test of a true master of impressions convinces you with just the voice. When you do clothes, mannerisms and make up of the person you are impersonating it’s adds to the illusion and helps convince you. But to imitate the voice alone is truly amazing. That’s why I like Jim Meskimen ~Michael
