We had the honour of helping out with judging and MC’ing at the Bay Centre this years Festival of Trees! For years the Fairmont Empress has hosted this unofficial kick off to Christmas but because of their renovations they were unable to host this year. We must say though Bay Centre…the holidays look good on you!

A special shout out to all those businesses who gave above and beyond. We asked them to perhaps give a bit more to help out BC Children’s Hospital and boy did they ever! Special mention goes to Playsted Sheet Metal who is celebrating 50 years in business. During our pledge drive they handed over a check for $10,500. Wow. They gave up their Christmas party and used the to take part this year.
