The Boss Excuses 9-year Old for Being Late

There’s nothing like that feeling of being late for school for a kid. You line up for a late slip and give them your lame excuse…I couldn’t find my socks…my mom needed one more coffee…My cat turned off the alarm.

This 9-year old boy was probably more excited than anyone in the world to be late for school one day last week.

He had a note from Bruce Springsteen excusing the Grade 4 student from being late after being out at a concert the night before. His dad Tweeted these pics:
