Nothing worse than an upset stomach, but if you have one or tend to get them often, try THIS!

 

This is a quick fix for an upset stomach:  Oregano!
It contains digestion-boosting plant compounds like ursolic acid – which speeds food from the stomach to the intestines faster……And helps reduce gas production (your co-workers and family will be happy with that, I’m sure 😉 )

Your best bet: Add a tablespoon of fresh oregano to grilled potatoes or vegetables……Or add a teaspoon of dried oregano to olive oil and parmesan cheese to make a pesto sauce for pasta. I think you could add some to a hot cup of tea as well.
