Feeling stressed?? TAKE A SHOWER!!!!

 

An easy way to de-stress: Take a shower! No…seriously….
10 minutes under the shower is enough to boost the production of the calming chemical oxytocin, and slash your stress hormone, cortisol. In fact, it’s so effective, it can hold off stress for 12 hours!!!

 

A side note: change your sock immediately after getting home!!! This is equivalent to turning the pillow to the cold side! Gives you an immediate energy boost! 🙂
