Feel free to eat chocolate every day – doctors’ orders! According to the Journal Heart, people who eat 3.5 ounces of chocolate every day (milk or dark!) – had a 14% lower risk of heart disease and a 23% lower risk of stroke than those who ate no chocolate. So if you’re trying to figure out what 3.5 ounces equals just remember it’s equivalent to 20 Hershey’s kisses! :-D
