Have a craving? Before you eat anything-drink a glass of water! 
Being dehydrated tricks our body into thinking it wants food! 
That’s because dehydration leads to fatigue. Our brains struggle to notice the difference between thirst and hunger and just sees that we need energy. As a result, it increases hunger hormones to get us to eat something. 
BUT- water aids in every process throughout the body.
