Science is now backing up that sitting is killing people at a much faster rate! People are sitting, on average, 15 hours per day between work, car and home! That’s insane! It increases heart disease by 147% <———- that’s crazy!!!!

Here’s the article that explains ways you can start to change this, and at the top of that list is to make sure you find times (many of them) throughout your shift to walk, stand, stretch and eat something!!!

This is especially hard on woman! Please send this to anyone you know that sits a lot for work!
