If you do, then try adding citrus fruit to your daily smoothie for weight loss! 
Citrus contains pectin which is a type of fiber that swells in the stomach, so you’ll feel full longer. 😀
Just remember hat when you’re sectioning your fruit – don’t peel off the white stuff (or the pith) because that contains the MOST pectin.

Also, research conducted at the University of Arizona suggests vitamin C in citrus helps the body burn fat for energy.

So many reasons to add citrus to that smoothie!
