Elves, presents, and a very sweaty out-of-shape guy with a beard? Check, check, and UH-CHECK.

We take Christmas extremely seriously here at Ocean 98.5. We eat fruitcake with our coffee, we employed nutcrackers to deal with our rat problem and every square inch of our new intern is covered in jingle bells. We basically bleed red and green so, of course we couldn’t say no when 1Up Victoria Single Parent Resource Centre wanted to team up for a Christmas-themed charity drive through!

And hey, it wouldn’t be Christmas without you, so I got you something special. Enjoy this XTRA LARGE edition of my Fun Findin’ Blog! Don’t spend it all in one place! (Seriously, don’t. In fact, you probably shouldn’t try to spend it anywhere.)

Last weekend was absolutely nuts, but, besides our excellent DRIVE THRU EVENT, I also managed to make stops at Beacon Hill Children’s Farm, the annual Teamworks BBQ and Sidewalk Sale, the Scleroderma Walk, Run and Ride in the Park, Pluto’s 30th Anniversary, the new Elements Casino, Mary’s Farm and Sanctuary, and a small child’s lemonade stand.

Check it out below!

As always, a special #OceanFamily thanks to Westshore Town Centre, Beacon Hill Children’s Farm, Barb’s Fish & Chips, Peninsula Co-op, and Campus Nissan, and an extra-special thanks to 1Up Single Parent Resource Centre. See you next week!
