Ok so before I get started, I just want to say, that I’m aware I was never “over-weight” or “big” but I was definitely “out of shape” and not as confident as I used to be.

I HATED going to the gym. It’s the motivation to get there, it’s tough and it’s a viscous cycle. And let’s be honest, I’d rather sip on a 9oz of Pinot Grigio on a patio than hit the tread mill.

Plus once you’re at the gym, you know that feeling when walk in and you’re like, “Where do I start? What machines should I use? What does that machine even do? Oh god, I’m using it wrong and everyone is watching!” (No one cares btw)
