Ever heard of LOVE WEIGHT?

It’s the weight you gain after you get into a relationship…

A new survey out of the States say in the first year of a new relationship, the average weight gain is 17 POUNDS and men men actually put on about 22 pounds! It’s not necessarily because you’ve stopped caring about your body.

We indulge more in a new relationship. You got out to eat more, likely drink more, and you spend more time with your boo than the gym.

Here’s a *tip* for ya…If you want to spend less on groceries AND keep the LB’s off, stick to the perimeter of the grocery store! That’s where most of the fresh foods are, and most of the processed foods are in the aisles ;) you’re welcome.
