If you want to eat less….put less food on your plate! Ha ha ha…I know…sounds obvious, but there really is some wise words there. Most adults will eat around 92% of what’s on their plate-even if they’re full!!! Kids have a way better system, they only eat about 56% of what’s on their plate and stop when they get full! So, put less food on your plate and go for seconds if you’re still hungry. This will help you eat less and shed some pounds. 🙂
