Rainbow Bagels Exist and I Must Try Them

Now shhhhh…I know it’s probably wrong. Like looking into the sun, you just shouldn’t do it. But looooook.

They’re a sweet bagel, they’re a vividly coloured bagel. You eat them with sweet flavours of cream cheese. And you instagram them of course. The Bagel Store’s master bagel artist Scott Rossillo in Brooklyn assures us these bagels are made with an authentic recipe and no artificial ingredients. So why wouldn’t you?

It has become so popular, I'm pretty sure Broadway is considering a remake to Joseph and the Technicolor Dream Bagel. But that might just be me. The Brooklyn based local treasure makes all of their carbilicious treats in house. This is one of those times where you can justify you're caloric intake for something special.
